Refund Policy
All sales are final. As our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the event of a confirmed fault or fulfilment issue.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect item received
- Incorrect size received
If your order has not been delivered within the guaranteed timeframe (20 days, excluding the 2–5 day processing period), you may request either a refund or a reshipment.
If you receive an incorrect item, you may request a reshipment at no additional cost.
Please note:
We are not responsible for orders that fail to arrive due to circumstances within the customer’s control, including but not limited to providing an incorrect shipping address.
We are also not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance issues, natural disasters, or other unexpected events.
